A total sum of $50,000 is set aside to assist Ankamuthi Beneficiaries or children of Ankamuthi Beneficiaries with Elite Sporting Assistance.

Within this budget, provision is made for Teams participating in an Indigenous sports carnival or event to seek assistance. An Ankamuthi beneficiary who is acting as the Team Manager, may apply for up to $3,000 assistance toward:

• Registration Fees - direct to supplier
• Uniform, clothing, equipment - direct to supplier
• Travel costs

This policy does not cover general community sports.
Requests of this nature will be considered by the DMC on a case-by-case basis
